Why Other Gurus Hate Chuck Smith?

Odds are that any Real Estate/Wealth Building Guru out there hates me and I will explain why…

Years ago when I was first asked to speak at different conferences I began meeting all of the well-known real estate gurus out there. When I would do my presentation I would show proof I did deals and continue to do them. I did the “Unheard Of” and showed the audience a copy of my tax returns, copies of checks from my deals, and most important copies of checks from my student’s deals.

I remember the day I spoke at “The Learning Annex Wealth Expo” in 2005 in New York City. After my presentation, this is what happened. People rushed to buy my real estate system but returned other Gurus products. This sent several well-known gurus into an uproar. They had a private meeting about what to do about me. Several approached me with a bribe of “Having me speak at their own events”.

I declined all of them because many were frauds and slimeballs.

This continued pretty much every time I did one of my presentations. The president of the Learning Annex Wealth Expo surveyed an audience of 25,000 and I was rated the #1 instructor. Mr. Zanker had me speak at many Learning Annex Wealth Expos until he stopped doing them.

Many, Many Real Estate Clubs and local organizers asked me to speak at their events but I declined most invitations because all they do is have a different guru sell at every meeting. This is also one of the reasons I never spoke at various other gurus “Boot camps” because they were nothing more than “Sellathons”

My philosophy is that if a student pays to attend an event it should be 100% teaching.
